Variscite deposits in the U.S. are found in Utah and Nevada. Nevada Variscite recovered in recent decades has come from mines located in Lander County in central Nevada. It has also been found in Australia, Germany, Poland, Spain and Brazil. This large specimen was acquired from JHF Stones in Las Vegas, NV.
Set inside a scalloped bezel and stamped on the reverse with the Full Desert Weirdo logo and two triangles, there is no shortage of special features on this one-of-a-kind, handmade treasure.
