Joist Installation

Since Pops and I decided we wanted a level roof inside, this meant extending the height of the back wagon and raising it about 8 inches. In order for the roof to be nice and level we had to replace the existing structures so we installed solid 2x4 joists to replace the 1x1 matchsticks that previously sat up here. What a lovely view of our neighbor’s palm tree, huh?
